Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using InterChat.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or in the plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
InterChat means the Discord Bot provided by the Company Invited by the Server Manager to any Discord Server, named InterChat.
Server Manager refers to anyone with Manage Server permissions in a Discord Server.
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to InterChat.
Bot refers to InterChat.
You mean the individual using InterChat.
Acknowledgment
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this bot and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Bot.
Your access to and use of the bot is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users who use the Bot.
By inviting the Bot You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not use the Bot.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions. In addition, violating the InterChat Guidelines will terminate your access.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Bot will cease immediately.
Age Requirement
Anyone under the age listed in Discord's Terms of Service may not use InterChat.
Usage rules:
No NSFW/NSFL content: Users are not allowed to share any content that is sexually explicit or violent in nature.
No harassment: Any form of harassment, including hate speech, threats, or bullying is prohibited.
No spamming: Users are prohibited from sending spam messages, such as excessive links or repetitive messages.
No illegal activities: Our bot cannot be used for any illegal activities, such as sharing pirated content or conducting phishing scams.
Respect others: Users must respect the privacy and rights of other users and are prohibited from sharing personal information without permission.
You agree to adhere to Discord's [Terms of Service](https://discord.com/terms) and [Community Guidelines](https://discord.com/guidelines) when using the Bot. Any violation of these terms may result in your immediate suspension or termination of your access to the bot, at our sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Not responsible for user behavior: We are not responsible for any inappropriate or illegal behavior conducted by users, and that users are solely responsible for their own actions. In no event will the Bot's owner be held liable for individuals breaking these Terms. It is the end-users responsibility to be aware of the rules and regulations of InterChat and Discord and to abide by them.
No guarantees: We cannot guarantee the accuracy or quality of the content shared through Our Bot, and that users are solely responsible for any risks associated with using Our Bot.
No liability for service interruptions: We are not responsible for any service interruptions, downtime, or technical issues related to Our Bot, and that users are solely responsible for any losses or damages that may result from such interruptions.
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 10 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Our Bot after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using InterChat.
